Acts 27:35 And when he had thus spoken, he took bread, and gave thanks to God in presence of them all: and when he had broken it, he began to eat.
WHAT I HAVE SEEN:
Many Christians pray at home around the dinner table. We give thanks for meals at church when we are enjoying fellowship. But what about in a restaurant full of people? How about in the break room at work, or at a class reunion? Do we dare pray in public, even when the people we are with possibly do not pray?
Today’s verse says Paul; “gave thanks to God in presence of them all.” I am not saying we need to stand on a table, call for attention, and scream a loud prayer. However, we ought never be ashamed to bow our heads, and thank God for His provision for life. After praying in public, I have had people stop by my table to say, “we do not see that much anymore.”
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Will you thank God today, in the presence of them all?
