Never Lose Sight Of Peace

Daily Reading – Micah 5-7 / Revelation 10-11
WHAT GOD HAS SAID:
Revelation 11:15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.
WHAT I HAVE SEEN:
War, war, war. There is constantly a battle going on somewhere. There is a war on terrorism, war on drugs, wars among nations, and wars in families and in the home. This should not be surprising. The bible warns us of such in Mark 13:7 “And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be ye not troubled: for such things must needs be; but the end shall not be yet.” Will there ever be real peace on earth?
The answer is YES! Peace shall reign one day. Yet man will never bring about lasting peace. Just as it is Jesus who brings peace to the soul of a man torn in the battle of sin, Jesus will also be the one who brings peace on earth when He reigns over all the kingdoms of the world.
