Daily Reading – Job 21-25 / Acts 21:18-40

WHAT GOD HAS SAID:

Acts 21:18-19 And the day following Paul went in with us unto James; and all the elders were present. And when he had saluted them, he declared particularly what things God had wrought among the Gentiles by his ministry.

WHAT I HAVE SEEN:

  Paul had come back to tell the others what God had done through him on his missions’ journey. The believers listened with great curiosity to hear what God had done. Paul shared every detail, one by one of the works of the Lord and the people rejoiced to hear it.

    Today, we have Missionaries all over the world. Ambassadors of Christ, and also Ambassadors of the church, going into all the world to preach gospel of our loving Saviour. If we knit our hearts to theirs in prayer, then reading the letters of report and seeing these missionaries in person when they come back brings great joy as we hear what God is doing through these faithful friends. 

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

Will you lift a missionary to the Lord in prayer
and join your heart to theirs today?
